Get help with PickupPass

PickupPass support works with school administrators. Parents and authorized adults should contact the school directly for same-day pickup, custody, roster, PIN, or safety questions.

Effective August 15, 2026

School administrators

Email [email protected] with your school name, a callback contact, the affected workflow, time of the issue, and a non-sensitive description. Do not send student PINs, custody documents, full roster exports, or safety details by ordinary email.

Parents and authorized adults

Use the school's help lane or contact its front office. PickupPass support cannot add an authorized adult, change custody restrictions, disclose a PIN, or approve a student release.

Urgent safety issue

Stop the digital workflow, keep the student with school staff, use the school's emergency and identity-verification procedures, and contact the principal. Call emergency services when required by school policy or immediate circumstances.

Lost or stolen device

Staff should secure the faculty email account and ask an admin to disable the PickupPass account or sign out its devices. Parents should contact the school to revoke remembered devices and rotate the affected pickup credential.

Service problem

Keep the existing paper, radio, roster, and visual handoff procedure available. PickupPass is designed to fail back to the school's manual process rather than bypass verification.
